I found the location excellent. It was close to the train station! the shared lounge had a nice view and offered free drinks, which i found convenient. the capsule itself was clean, and i appreciated the adequate locker space. the toiletries and pajamas provided were a nice touch.

the facilities included clean showers, with quality hair products available to try and i think that's really useful, as well as a spacious common area suitable for working, which maintained a quiet atmosphere.

the staff spoke english well and were helpful and i had no issues ! the provision of daily towels and hygiene amenities.

the street outside offered a range of food options so i could always find somewhere that fit my dietary preferences and this convenience was amazing. there were many convenience stores nearby!

the staff did not seem particularly friendly or helpful when i had an issue. flip-flops were available only in small sizes. showers were on another floor than capsules.

The location was good. It was very close to the jr line.
The capsule was too warm because i could not adjust the temperature. That was a bit awful for someone like me who feels the heat easily. there weren't many drink options available in the common area. also, there wasn't a designated space for luggage organization which was a bit inconvenient.

the location is close to the station i found this very convenient it is only a short walk the lounge had a great view drinks and teas were available i enjoyed this a lot ice cubes were offered for drinks i thought this was nice
the futon in the cabin was pretty hard i did not get much sleep because of this there was no noise cancelling i heard everything the shower was not so clean this was disappointing i think some guests did not care to clean up when they left

I found the slippers and pajamas they provided to be a good touch. The cafe view was also amazing, i really enjoyed it. the location was great and i found many options for food and shopping! it was a very organized experience
the capsule and locker layout felt a little inconvenient. it took a bit of time to get ready to go out, as getting into the pod took longer! i wish it was a bit more streamlined.

The location is near the jr station. It made travel easy! if you are a kpop fan, this place is amazing because it is in k-town. i loved that the lockers are on the same floor.

The reception area was lovely to relax in, such a treat! staff ensured new towels were available daily. Very thoughtful. i was glad they provided slippers. A nice addition!

I found the location to be awesome and very close to the Yamanote line. The cafe offered a great view. I liked the complimentary amenities available in the lounge, including charging sockets and free drinks!!!
I found the capsule a bit stuffy at times. It got too hot to use the duvet. Overall I would not recommend staying here more than one night.

Each capsule provides a private space separated by a blind, with a degree of privacy. I liked that the rooms include individual storage lockers for personal belongings. Air conditioning is available, however there is no individual control inside the capsule.

The location is near the Shin-Okubo JR station, offering easy access to transportation. The surrounding area has many restaurants and shops, providing numerous options for dining and shopping. The hotel's location in K-town is a bonus for Kpop fans!!!
