Basic but Manageable Stay
helpful staffunclean room
The staff was helpful and responsive when I needed assistance.
The room was not properly cleaned. I found someone else's hair in the shower and the floor hadn't been swept. It was quite off-putting, and made me question the overall hygiene of the place

the room was tidy upon arrival, a relief.
The shower temperature was erratic. It alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold (a real test of endurance). there wasn't any hot water at the sink at all.

Surprisingly Solid Stay!

The lobby offered ample seating and a relaxed atmosphere. I found several vending machines stocked with drinks and snacks available 24/7. Lockers were available for luggage storage, and I felt my belongings were secure. The bar had a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices.
The hallway lighting near my room flickered occasionally. It didn't cause a major problem, but I found it slightly annoying.

The hotel sits near public transportation hubs. This includes both bus and train, which are accessible within a short walk. Several restaurants are nearby, and I found many options for dining close to the hotel. Everything was amazing!!!

The location was pretty great. A bar exists in hotel and was nice.
The room I got did not resemble anything close to the pictures I saw online. The floor was dirty and the walls felt sticky. the garbage can was not empty.

The location was amazing! I found it so easy to access many attractions nearby. The staff was also friendly, offering assistance with directions and local tips. I really appreciated the rooftop terrace. It provided a nice space to unwind after a day of exploration.
