clean fitness equipment ping pong tables game area broken fridge rude lady faulty tv
the fitness equipment WAS good and clean. the rooms were clean also. there's an outdoor game area with ping pong tables.
The fridge did not work. Medication needed refrigeration. the front lobby lady WAS rude. the tv did not work at first. Someone switched all the wires around.

water views fresh air front desk service shower head
i loved that every room included a balcony with water views. i could open the sliding doors completely and feel the FRESH air AT sunset. the pool and beach were BEAUTIFUL, i can't describe with words.
the front desk service was not good. SOME employees didn't treat everyone equally. the shower head handle was LOOSE, i almost dropped it a couple of times.

amazing amenities and service
clean facility ample space wonderful staff
This was my first time at this place. the facility is clean and planned well. i found there was ample space to relax, enjoy the sun, and use the amenities (the pool was my favorite!). the staff was wonderful. Carlos at the pool bar remembered my drink order the next day.
i had to ask daily for my room to be serviced and for water to be provided.

my king room included a balcony. the room felt so fresh and clean. it also had a standard view (i loved looking at the trees and sky).

the location offers convenient access to various activities. the resort is close to tour boats, jet skis, and snorkeling tours. basketball, volleyball, ping pong, and shuffleboard are available as well.

Food was excellent. the pool and hot tub were very clean. our corner balcony was nice. They repaired the chair promptly after i reported it.
