The check-in process felt transactional. I asked if an early check-in was possible, but they wanted extra money. The room also lacked a fold-down table, leaving no space to place small items. It was inconvenient.

clean room big bed friendly staff
the staff was friendly. the room was clean and the bed was big. i was allowed to store luggage while i traveled to the islands. the 24/7 reception was helpful.
the lift needs a repair.
