The staff was friendly and helpful (which is always appreciated).
The room lacked a closet, inconvenient. The heater was quite dated, and I could not adjust it. There was also a noisy unit outside the wall, likely the air conditioning, that kept me awake.

Included underground parking made arrival easy! I appreciated a quiet room. Restful sleep is very important to me. Downtown was a quick walk, and a number of coffee shops were close by, convenient for morning strolls. The transit passes given at check-in aided exploration.
The heater seemed to show as off, but heat still came from the top. The need to adjust the room temperature was a little bothersome.

I enjoyed the convenience of several fast food options located near the premises. Grabbing a quick bite was straightforward. The proximity to coffee shops was beneficial, as it allowed for a relaxed morning coffee routine. These nearby options definitely enhanced my stay.

The front desk was available 24/7, very helpful for late check-in needs, so I knew assistance was always present. Staff members were friendly upon my arrival and during check out. Their cute nature set a very good tone.

The provided bathroom products from Rocky Mountain company added a touch of local charm. My room was a very good size, allowing me enough space to relax without feeling confined. The lovely linens added to the charm. The spacious, clean room was very nice.

The hotel stands within a convenient, brief walk to various shops. This allowed easy access to local stores. The hotel stood near a transit hub! I'd say the spot was very good.

the location was close to town and very tidy.
i encountered SOME issues. The bathroom curtain smelled strongly of mildew. the bed felt quite old and unstable, with metal wheels i found hazardous near the edge. the windows did NOT seal properly, allowing wind and significant outside noise to permeate the room at night.

poor sound insulationsmall car park
i wasn't thrilled with how noisy it was. the sound insulation wasnt great, i could hear everything in the hallway. also, the car park was small, and it was difficult to find a parking spot when i arrived late. these issues definitely impacted my stay.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I found soap products that were locally made.. the lemongrass scent was especially nice. A bus pass was provided upon my arrival. That was a good bonus.
The corridors seemed a bit dated. The hot tub was closed for maintenance. I wish I had known this before.
