The room was clean enough and reasonably spacious. The staff handled check-in efficiently.
There was a very strong curry smell throughout the building. It was particularly noticeable in our room. I found the customer service from the owner to be poor (a letdown, really). He seemed rude and unwelcoming upon arrival and barely spoke to us .

I had a really great time here. the front desk was super helpful. the location is also good. Shops and other useful places are close by. the parking area was useful for me. it helped me a lot since i was traveling by car.
the bedroom lighting could have been better, it was a bit dim even with all the lights turned on.

The staff member I encountered at the front desk was quite rude and unwelcoming. I also found a strong unpleasant smell in the reception area and communal spaces. The room lacked a shower and bath mat, so I had to use a towel instead.

My room was clean and of a good size. I really found the fridge useful!!! The bed was comfortable too, always a HUGE plus for me.
The bedroom lighting was not good. It felt quite dark even with all the lights on. there was a large stain on the ceiling that looked like a leak was there. I hope they fix that.

I was glad to get the same ground floor room I had six years prior. The room was warm and clean and the bed very comfortable. The shower worked very well. On-site parking was free, which I always appreciate.
The bedroom lighting was not very good. It remained quite dark, even after turning on all lights.
