The location was super convenient, about a 10-15 minute walk from termini station (easy for getting around). the room was clean and had air conditioning, a lifesaver. i requested an extra pillow and it was brought to me quickly. i also appreciated the availability of luggage storage after checkout. It really helped with my last day.
the furniture in my room showed some wear and tear.

the hotel provides easy access to transportation hubs, including the termini train station, and it's also near various bus stops, which simplifies exploring many points of interest (i walked a lot!). several restaurants and mini markets are close by.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, a nice surprise, and it included both sweet and savory choices (the pastries were my favorites!). the hotel's proximity to a bakery is a definite plus for getting quick snacks.

I found the location convenient, very close to the Termini station! There were many shops around for daily needs and some excellent restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The area was quiet, even though it was very central.
The shower lacked a proper curtain, water splashed everywhere.

The staff offered helpful assistance with luggage storage on my departure day. They provided a local map that indicated nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Socket adapters were available, a really nice touch.

The room included a comfy bed and was generally quite clean. I had access to good breakfast service each morning. There was also a TV in the room, which worked fine.

The hotel is within walking distance of the main sights. It is super close to the station and a street food market. This is a fantastic location. I appreciated the ease of access.
