i got in super easy thanks to the detailed instructions for the doors. my room was nice, with a comfy bed and netflix was ready to go! tea, snacks, all were there.

The room was clean and i feel like i was home. the temperature was perfect when i arrived. Warm and cozy. i could get super easy access, it's local, near shops. netflix was available for me to watch. i am definitely coming back again soon!
the corridor did smells a cigarettes sometimes, however, it's not something that bothered me that much.

my room has a comfy, big bed that i rested very well in, just like in my mother arms. coffee was provided. the tv worked very well too. the room was private.

there are many restaurants and shops very close to the hotel, made things easier. that mean i did not had to go to far to get a quick bite, great. breakfast was ok, coffee, teas, and small cakes.

the customer service was really good and helpful. i asked for an early check in at 2pm and it was facilitated, even though check-in time was 4pm, amazing. contactless check-in made everything easier.

the room had a kettle with tea bags. there were also snacks available. i found the streaming services on the tv quite convenient! the owner provided simple instructions for accessing the hotel, made arrival smooth.
the back entrance felt slightly hard to find at first.

problematic access and cleanliness issues
trash accessboiling water
access to the place was pretty bad. the back entrance was full of trash. i saw two big rats there (it really freaked me out). also, the shower temperature was stuck on boiling hot. i couldn't get it any colder.
