the staff showed kindness and attentiveness. the hotel transfer service made arrival easier and more comfortable. i found this especially helpful with my luggage.
This was presumably to bypass fees. this felt unacceptable to me.

the hotel is located in the old city near several attractions, restaurants, and cafés. the streets are quiet because cars are restricted from the narrow roads. guests should note that taxis do not circulate in the area.

the room felt spacious and had a traditional décor. the terrace provided a nice view. the room provided everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the space felt clean.
