The staff was very helpful. They explained everything clearly. i found it easy to travel around the city, thanks to their directions. i had a very clean room and really enjoyed the great facilities! the organisation was really well done, it was great.
the room was a bit small, though everything else was top notch.

The room felt quite small. storage was also limited. There was no closet or even a proper place to hang clothes. the breakfast was okay, but i found it repetitive after a couple of days. the selection of hot items could be better.

The air conditioning didn't work, and there wasn't a phone in the room to call for help. I opened the windows, and street noise kept me awake.
