the room was super clean and cozy. the hotel's location allowed easy exploration of nearby attractions. the free parking was a definite plus (a rare find!).
the street was busy, and loud vehicles made it difficult to sleep through the night.

the hotel is near many restaurants. diners and fisherman's wharf are within walking distance. it sits opposite the end of lombard street, close to its famous sharp turns.

the staff was friendly and accommodating (they really tried to help). they answered all my questions upon arrival and . i appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist with directions.

the location was acceptable, with proximity to several bus stops.
the parking situation was unacceptable. it operated on a first-come, first-served basis, and spaces were limited. i had to park on the road, subject to restrictions after 6 am. the noise was also a problem, with thin walls allowing sounds from the road and other guests to permeate the room.
