a cozy retreat
friendly reception helpful staff tidy room
the reception staff was very friendly, helping with early check-in given our race team schedule. the night porter and checkout staff were also kind. the room had everything we needed, clean and tidy ,making our stay comfortable.
the hotel seemed a little run down and outdated on arrival.

The hotel provides ample free parking, VERY convenient. The beds were comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night. I found the location to be quite good as it allowed easy access to local shops. The presence of tea and coffee facilities in the room added a touch of home.
I noticed a slight lack of attention to detail regarding cleanliness in some areas.
