The breakfast buffet was quite extensive. It included a wide array of choices (especially the fresh pastries). The hotel is also conveniently situated near a metro station. This made accessing various parts of the city easy. The proximity to public transport was a definite advantage.

The room I had was rather small. It was not the same size as what I booked before (I was expecting a larger space). The housekeeping service was also not very accommodating. I had to request multiple times for basic items like toiletries and tissues.

the staff was cute. the room was spacious and clean. the location near major attractions made getting around easy. the rooftop pool and gym added value to my stay. i found the hotel convenient for my travel needs. i used the fridge facility with daily water supplied. the breakfast buffet and bar area were nice.

The ac was not cooling on the first day. i needed a toothbrush and toothpaste.

the check-in was slow, a real test of patience. i arrived and had to wait almost an hour just to get my room keys. then, despite asking for some extra towels, they never showed up during my entire stay. it seemed like a small request, but the lack of attention was pretty annoying.

The check-in process was slow. I came back at 3 p.m., but I still waited almost an hour. The reception staff laughed rudely when we had to drag our bags ourselves. They initially refused to give us the extra mattress we booked. The parking attendant was the only helpful one!
