The hotel's location is central. It is a short walk from the city center. my room featured twin beds. They were surprisingly comfortable. i found the bathroom very spacious, and the shower was quite large. i also appreciated the clean condition of the room.
the street's tram caused some noise with open windows. this affected the night's tranquility. it's an issue needing resolution.

the location was fantastic! it was super close to the train station and also very near to the city center. the staff were really helpful and friendly, which i appreciated. the breakfast was excellent and had many vegan options too!
The room seemed a bit small for a family room. It only had one large bed. at 6:45 am, i heard them taking out the trash right under our window, disruptive. also, the hotel is on a very busy street, and trams ran late at night.

the hotel was conveniently located near the train station. the room had blackout curtains which kept it really dark at night!!!
The room lacked drawers. All our clothes stayed in suitcases.

I found the staff helpful and English-speaking. The breakfast buffet offered various options, very delicious indeed. There was ample seating available for everyone in the breakfast room. My hotel room was spacious and perfect.
The street outside was quite busy and the trams continued running late into the night which caused a bit of disturbance.
