The location was convenient. it was close to the central station, and , made getting around simple. the staff were super nice. Check-in and check-out were quick.
i did not realise breakfast was not included. i also felt a little unsafe outside, because train stations are not the nicest places.

The location is very convenient near the main train station. I found the staff to be friendly! All the hotel facilities were clean. The room included a kettle and a hair dryer. Breakfast included diverse products.
The WiFi was somewhat slow.

The hotel has a great location very close to the main train station and the metro. This provides easy access to shops and local transport. The Christmas Market starts right across the station square.

The staff was very helpful, and a credit to the company. When I asked for fresh towels, the staff provided them immediately. The employees are friendly and provide good service.

The bar area is very pleasant and very clean. Basic features included a water kettle and a hair dryer. A Lidl is nearby for essential shopping, as are loads of shops in the station.

The rooms are modern and clean! The bathroom had modern fixtures and neat features. The room interior was fresh and comfortable. I stayed on the top floor and had great views.

unpleasant smellexpensive breakfast
The bathroom had an unpleasant smell that I noticed immediately. It seemed to come from the drain. the breakfast was quite expensive for what it offered I thought. It cost extra, I was not expecting that. There are cheaper options available nearby.

the hotel location is close to the train station. The staff was friendly and efficient with check-in process. my room had modern design elements and a kettle, which i appreciate. i found everything clean and well kept.
the WiFi was a bit slow, making it difficult to stream videos.

i saw breakfast being offered, but i didn't participate, so i cannot comment on the selection. The bar area seemed nice and well-stocked when i passed through. guests seemed happy there.
