helpful staff perfect air conditioning convenient station
the staff were helpful. especially the two at the front desk, from greece and spain. the air conditioning worked perfectly! it was a short hike from the main train station to the hotel. and that was super convenient.

The hotel felt brand new and clean. The beds felt so comfortable and I enjoyed the updated bathroom. I really appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. They always went the extra mile.

The staff was helpful enough. I appreciate that it was open late.
The room was too hot. The air conditioning barely worked, and I could NOT sleep well. It woke me up every day.

The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful. I enjoyed secure car park access. The breakfast CHOICE WAS great.
The air conditioning turned off every COUPLE hours. It was not pleasant. I noticed a smell of sewage outside. The pillow were lumpy SO I got a stiff neck.

The room and bathroom were REALLY clean. I found the staff to be super helpful . The hotel bar remained open until late, which I liked. Breakfast had great variety (I especially enjoyed the pastries!).

The hotel provides secure underground parking, so my car was safe. A receptionist spoke german, and this was helpful. The city center is accessible by foot and public transport.
