The hotel location was very convenient! it was a short walk to the hibiya line akihabara station. smooth check-in and check-out was appreciated. the room was quiet with wonderful pillows. I slept well.
it serviced the whole hotel, and the wait times were long, especially at checkout. the room had a sensor light, which i found annoying as it woke me up when someone returned late. the pillow was just one long pillow!

the onsen was good.
The room was quite small. I struggled to fully open my suitcase. also, the window faced a ventilation shaft instead of offering an outside view. the shower felt cramped as well.

the location was fantastic for exploring akihabara. shops and restaurants were just a short walk away (really convenient!). the free welcome lounge with drinks was a total plus. i got fresh towels every day, great.

i LOVED the onsen. It felt VERY japanese. The lobby had such a cosy atmosphere. The staff? INCREDIBLY friendly! Plus, those amenity packets were AMAZING. I had everything i needed!

The room was clean and well kept. I especially liked that i could choose my own pillow. The acoustic insulation was AMAZING. I heard NOTHING from other rooms. The bed was also very comfortable.

the staff were always smiling and ready to assist. They could all speak english well. The free drinks and snacks in the evenings WERE such a treat. I REALLY appreciated the emphasis on sustainability too.

the breakfast buffet offered a HUGE variety. I found both western and japanese-style dishes. I am OBSESSED with the olive bread. Finding fresh green salad was A HUGE win for me at the buffet.

i also had noise problems. My neighbours sang loudly in the evening, preventing me from sleeping. i reported this to reception, but nothing happened (so annoying).
