accurate photounhelpful staff
the room looked like it did in the photos. so, no surprises there. a very small win.
The street work outside went on all night. The building vibrated constantly. they put me on the first floor facing the street. It was their fault. the staff acted like i was crazy for complaining.

the location was very close to a car hire agency (ok mobility).
the room lacked a small fridge to store food, something i found quite inconvenient. instead, there was one joined fridge for the entire complex. i expected more amenities given the name 'beautiful'.

The location was acceptable. It was close to public transport.
The room lacked basic amenities. there was no fridge in the room, instead a shared fridge was available for the entire complex. How good. the noise from other guests walking upstairs was excessive, i could hear every step. cleaning service was absent during my entire stay
