I appreciated the warm greeting from the owners upon arrival. They showed me to my room. EVERYTHING felt very clean. i wished i could have walked the grounds more. I bet the scenery is beautiful. The accommodation included a comfy bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The ensuite had a loo, a sink, a shelf, a cupboard, and a shower cubicle.
The hotel WAS a little hard to find.

The hosts offered travel tips which were quite useful. They ensured i felt comfortable. They checked if i needed anything. The owners were friendly and helpful. They provided a warm welcome.

Breakfast was continental style and served in my bedroom. It included a pot of porridge and a packet of muesli. It also featured a packet of cornflakes plus milk. Yoghurt and orange juice were available in a little fridge.

The room included a mini fridge. I had a choice of tea and coffee. Bottled water, fruit, cereal, croissant, and jams were available. Biscuits were provided. a cute little fridge containing fresh milk and orange juice.

The location was quiet and peaceful. There were horses, chickens, and ducklings present. a Beautiful stream ran through the land. It featured a bridge over it. THIS well-kept gem sits in the middle of Cornwall.

the room was well-presented. the en suite was modern. i could appreciate the view of the water feature in the garden the following morning (i arrived in the dark). the grounds were lovely to walk around in.
the hotel was a bit messy. the breakfast was basic. i expected a little more variety in the provided food. the selection of cereals was limited.
