location it is quite good, just five minutes walk to the MRT station. breakfast included decent options. you find food stalls and a seven eleven nearby. the staff was helpfull when i needed some assistance. it was value for the price.

the gym equipment looked outdated. it need a replacements, and the air conditioning during some hours was not very effective.

i found the location to be really convenient for accessing the mrt station. it was about eight minutes by foot. a seven eleven store located on the corner proved useful. the staff were consistently helpful and polite.

the air conditioning in my room leaked. this caused a minor flood. it definitely needs addressing, as it affected the overall comfort of my stay.

The location is convenient. It is close to the train station, about a 5-minute walk. Fast internet service was available. It performed better than most others I have experienced.

The lack of basic amenities was disappointing. Rooms did not include toothbrushes or slippers. Housekeeping staff opened doors without knocking and entered the room. This disturbed my privacy. The toilet was not cleaned well and the windows were dirty and did not open.

Breakfast had many choices. The room was clean. Staff are helpful. The hotel is near the subway, this is a plus. I enjoyed my stay for the price I paid. There are many street food stalls nearby.

The gym needs an upgrade. Equipment is old and weights are missing. I think that it need some care.
