the hotel is close to the city center. i found two big parking garages within 200m. the room was renovated recently. i had daily room service .
the hot water was barely hot. there were few places in the bathroom to hang towels. the staff was not always present and unresponsive to messages.

I really liked how the hotel is close to the Vatican. Two parking garages are just 200m away, very convenient. The area seemed calm, even with the city's activity.
I tried to contact them several times about a late check-in, but I never heard back.

The location near public offices provides many options for restaurants, bars, and cafés that are not touristy. I noticed at least three supermarkets nearby. Lepanto metro station is close, very good for accessing places.

I appreciated that the staff met me at the door and spoke English well. He gave helpful tips for getting around the area. I also got information about local amenities.

The location was very close to the bus stop. It goes to all the main attractions.
The shower was ridiculously small. It is only suitable for short individuals. the shower handset was broken and moldy. the hotel is not as per its photos.
