the location it was convenient for walking to attractions. it made seeing the city easier.
My room faced an alley and there was constant noise. a loud ventilation system ran all night, this made it difficult to sleep. the room itself had issues. The air conditioning rattled and was ineffective. i asked to switch rooms but was told no rooms was availables.

i really appreciated the location being so close to union station. it made getting around easy (especially with luggage). the on-site irish pub, the dubliner, had good food, i found a french restaurant nearby as well.
the room i booked, a superior king room, felt small considering the description and price. the window looked out onto a brick wall, a small table and one armchair furnished the space. i noticed there weren't enough electrical outlets.

the on-site irish pub offered decent irish stew, and my husband enjoyed it. the breakfast menu included some standard fare (pancakes!), and the coffee and tea bar provided a great touch on the first floor.

the bed in my room was very comfortable, and the pillows were divine. the rooms have been wonderful in their own way, and the hotel ensures the rooms are clean. they also provided complimentary earplugs (likely due to the sound from the air conditioner).

The hotel is very close to Union Station, convenient. Staff members were helpful and friendly . The second floor offers complimentary coffee and tea, a definite plus for warming up after a long day. I enjoyed having the Dubliner restaurant connected. It provided great food.
The room didn't include a coffee maker, so I needed to go to the second floor for coffee each morning.

Acceptable stay with some issues
small roomnoisy air conditioner
The room was too small. I could barely move around with my luggage. The air conditioner was noisy (i think this is why they provided earplugs in the room). The front desk staff at night was unhelpful. I found this quite rude and disappointing.
