the room was very clean. i also found the location near the bus station quite convenient. the pre-arrival instructions proved clear and helpful, given the self check-in process!

The check-in process was really smooth, especially with the clear pre-arrival instructions provided. i was grateful for the discount offered at the nearby parking garage. the location was great. It was easy to get to many places from there (a real plus for exploring).
The noise was a bit disruptive. I could hear neighbors through the walls. i was also near a loud ac unit outside my window. it made opening the window at night impossible.

the location was convenient for accessing transportation. the bus and train stations were only a short walk away across the river bridge. the hotel is very close to many key attractions.

the location was very central. i stored my luggage there until check in. i received clear instructions, and the communication was efficient. access to a shared eating area with teas and coffee was available.
the room was small for two persons, and there was not much space in the bathroom. i heard other guests in the corridor and in adjacent rooms.
