the rooms were fine with ornate bathrooms that felt luxurious. The rooftop restaurant presented live music, delicious food and a great atmosphere. I found a cashpoint just two minutes away, very convenient. i enjoyed the Peacock Restaurant, a relaxing spot away from the busy streets.
the hotel did not have a fridge in the room, a nice amenity to keep water cool.

The noise was a significant problem. Street sounds, the restaurant, and AC units were audible in both beautiful rooms I occupied. Breakfast service was slow. Getting a coffee and food took about 30 minutes even with few customers. The staff could have been more attentive to basic needs.

the beautiful double room was spacious. it included a comfortable bed. the rooftop restaurant provided excellent food with live music on some nights, so tender. the same-day laundry service really saved me. it was super efficient for backpacking.
i had to ask for new toilet paper from reception.

the rooftop restaurant served good food.
I was really disappointed by the noise levels. the manager didn't seem to care, saying it was normal and they needed to finish the work. i wish i had been told about this before checking in. I would have chosen a different place.
