helpful staff nice option excellent location small bathroom room cleanliness towel hair
the staff was helpful . the breakfast included ham and cheese, a nice option. the location was excellent as it was close to many destinations.
the bathroom was very small. the room was not that clean upon arrival. the towels had hair on them, which i found unhygienic.

really good stay near bastille
wonderful staff excellent restaurant spacious room super clean bathroom
i was impressed with the staff particularly yann he were really nice too return some money i had left behind this involved international transfers and a lot of effort on his part the location is fantastic it is near the metro and many excellent restaurants my room was spacious and the bathroom was super clean. the room included air conditioning and double glazing.
the coffee sachets in the room did not come with milk which was slightly inconvenient

the hotel features convenient amenities guests can use such as a kettle with soluble coffee and tea in the rooms there is also a mini bar that provides additional convenience for a three-star hotel.

the reception staff is very friendly and helpful the breakfast buffet is stocked with healthy and plentiful choices rosa, who works at breakfast, is very friendly creating a cute atmosphere.

Amazing Stay Near Bastille!
spacious room helpful staff convenient location
I was really happy with my room. It was surprisingly spacious and comfortable! The staff was helpful and friendly (Yann, especially!). The location is fantastic. It's super close to the metro and several great restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, even boiled eggs!
The bathroom was quite small, a little challenging to move around comfortably.

This hotel features a relaxing courtyard with jasmine and garden seats. The reception area is modern and well-kept. There is quick access to the Bastille metro and several attractions.

The rooms include double glazing to reduce outside noise, ensuring a quiet environment. The rooms were recently refurbished. Each room comes equipped with an air conditioning unit and tea and sugar (perfect for a relaxing cuppa!).

Acceptable Location, Room Issues
The location was close to the metro station. The staff were helpful with directions.
The room was quite small. The air conditioning unit did not function properly and made a loud rattling noise (this was disruptive during the night).

The location was near Bastille and Gare de Lyon. Many restaurants were nearby.
The room was too small and overpriced. I thought the website suggested a higher quality. I was disappointed that it did not meet my expectations.
