fantastic location and great amenities!

The location was superb, right on lambton quay (it made getting around so easy!). my king studio room had a stovetop, microwave, and even pots and pans. These features allowed for simple meal preparation. the bed was wonderfully comfy, assuring a restful night's sleep. i appreciated the reception holding my bags after checkout. This allowed me to explore a bit more before heading to the airport.
the bathroom's hand basin was quite small, posing a bit of an inconvenience.

the location was certainly central.
the room felt pretty bare-bones, like a temporary setup. the bathroom sink was comically small. and the noise from the street below made it hard to sleep.. it was constant.

i found the staff were helpful when i arrived late. the entrances on both lambton quay and the terrace made access very convenient. the two-bedroom apartment i stayed in provided plenty of room.
the air conditioning unit made a slight noise, though it did not disturb my sleep.

the location was acceptable, and the staff were helpful with directions.
The room was a letdown. There was visible dust everywhere. i also noticed stains on the couch. i found a bread tag from months ago, made me question the cleaning standards.

the location was acceptable, in the cbd and a short walk from the waterfront.
the icebox was frosted over, so the door didn't close and it took three days of asking to get it fixed. i had to use my hair dryer to defrost it enough, so i could close the door and use the fridge. calling it kitchen facilities is a stretch when there is no kitchen sink.

the location was indeed central. it was easy to walk to many places from there. the kitchenette was functional and i found that useful.
the bathroom sink seemed faulty. the lounge setup felt a bit weird and wasn't very comfy. i noticed yellow stains on the mattress.
