i found the animation team very active. they organized activities throughout the day. i especially enjoyed the evening shows (they were really energetic!). the location is convenient. it is close to shops and restaurants.
the lack of air conditioning in the room was not ideal. i had only a ceiling fan. the buffet could get crowded during peak hours.

the outdoor restaurant was open from wednesday to sunday it was a plus. the staff were professional and helpful there. all the facilities in the complex were great including the gym. the pools were amazing too.
the hotel rooms had no air conditioning only a ceiling fan. the fan made a lot of noise at night. it was hot and uncomfortable while sleeping. the room was dark with almost no natural light.

I thought the animation team worked tirelessly. Their evening shows were a lot of fun. the barbecue was a hit (i couldn't get enough!). i found plenty of drink and food options. I was not disappointed. (i did notice a slight downside, no air conditioning in the rooms).
at times, the dining tables are very large. you will possibly share these tables with other guests.

The hotel location rocks, it's so close to everything! the food was really fresh. I loved the variety of options, especially the different stations. the room was spacious, and the bed was super comfy, i have never slept so well!
i had some issues with the noise levels at night. the walls seemed a bit thin, and i could hear other guests. sometimes the service at the bar was a bit slow.

the room had no air conditioning just a ceiling fan it made noise all night making sleep difficult the room was also dark so doing makeup was impossible i found a pill and a pretzel left from the prior guest the hotel didn't clean it during my entire stay

the animation team ruled, and they always had activities going on! they were always full of energy. the food never overlapped during my six nights, awesome! i loved that the hotel had three food spots with different dishes, the main restaurant, the bbq restaurant, and a snack bar by the pool.
