The front desk staff was efficient. They provided prompt service. I found the location good. I was close to many restaurants (near the hotel!) and shopping places.

A good and romantic stay!
convenient location helpful administrator quick transfer
The location proved wonderfully convenient. Major landmarks were easily accessible. My room included a mini fridge, a kettle with tea and coffee, a bottle of water, and cups. The administrator was very polite and helpful, arranged a transfer quickly.
The immediate area around the hotel felt a little unsafe at night.

The rooftop terrace has AMAZING views. It is FREE for guest use. It features comfortable seating. This lovely space provides a peaceful retreat for relaxation and enjoying the scenery. It became my favourite spot.

Breakfast is offered each morning on the large terrace. It presents a gastronomic adventure. The food was AMAZING!!! The staff serving breakfast are attentive to every need. I had menemen prepared by Ömer, lovely.

Excellent Stay Near Tourist Spots
convenient location kind staff clean room
The hotel is conveniently located near monuments and the Grand Bazaar. I found various local restaurants nearby. The staff was kind and helpful. Omar provided useful tips for getting around and recommended places to visit and food to eat. Shahzad was also very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The shower and bathroom were equally clean.
The breakfast lacked variety and the portions were small each morning. I expected more options . The same items were offered daily.

great stay near main attractions
attentive staff pleasant stay recent bathrooms
the staff was very attentive to our requests. they always tried to. standard double rooms, though small, were ok in terms of comfort. the bathrooms seem to be renovated quite recently.
the area felt questionable. i found myself on a dirty and unsafe street. it had dilapidated buildings and a depressing look.

efficient service shuttle service helpful staff infrequent cleaning soaps supply consumables shortage
i appreciated the efficient service at the front desk. the staff managed all guests well (it was a busy hotel). the shuttle service between the hotel and the airport was convenient. i found it easy to call or email to arrange it with omer.
the room was cleaned every five days. consumables and towels were changed at the same frequency. soap was never added, although i did ask for it because it was over.
