charming stay with harbour views

the location proved great. i easily found a quick and tasty pub meal. getting an ride was easy plus i enjoyed a complimentary arrival drink. i particularly enjoyed the cocktail lounge with its lovely harbour view, accessible from the rooftop bar.
the floorboards made some noise.

the building has a superb location with city views. the location provides walking distance access to many neighborhood spots. barangaroo subway station is nearby, this made going to the airport easy. it is also close to the city.

I adored the hotel's location. The balcony suite provided a great view of the harbor from my bedroom. I found the suite quite spacious and full of character. The heritage building and decor were particularly attractive!!!
The room did not have a USB or Type-C port. I noticed also an odd smell in the room. I would have liked a table and a chair. Space for bags was limited.

the room's furniture arrangement favored aesthetics over practicality. the limited hanging space with only two hangers was inadequate. i also noticed that the fire doors were often wedged open. this practice poses a significant safety risk.

i appreciated the room size and the comfortable bed. the location was good with just a short walk to the rocks. i found the rooftop cocktail bar with views over the harbour bridge and luna park cool. the ceiling fan was already on when i arrived and kept the room cool, despite no air con.
