electronic entrynice kitchen
I found the electronic door code entry very convenient. The kitchen area was a nice addition (I appreciated having access to tea and milk).
The street parking was a bit crowded at times.

simple, good value stay
friendly staffclean roombedbug problem
the staff members i met were friendly. the room was clean. for what i paid , i did not expect more.
the bed had bedbugs , so i sat on the chair throughout my stay. i left very early in the morning because i could not sleep.

the hotel is located near several shops and restaurants. public transportation options are readily available , and the immediate area around the building seems relatively quiet. it is easy to reach local points of interest.

convenient locationnearby pubfree upgrade
The location was convenient to Heaton Park. A pub called 'The Flying Pig' exist around the corner. I received a free upgrade to an en-suite room, and I were happy about that.
