The staff offered helpful service. I also liked the tea and coffee available in the room. Parking was available right in front of the building. Check-in and check-out were easy processes. The room was clean and quiet I found all the needed appliances. The bus stop was right outside so travel was simple. Staff were polite and helpful the bedsheets were clean.
The bathroom door did not stay shut it had no lock and there was no extractor fan in the windowless bathroom. The shower head was defective. There was no separation between the shower and the toilet water went everywhere including under the door and onto the room carpet.

The kitchen and dining area had all necessary amenities. the room was very clean and the bathroom was also clean. i found it a quiet space and a nearby bus stop provided easy access to the city. the tv and internet access worked well. Also there was plenty of tea and coffee available.
the shower head was defective, made showering a bit inconvenient.

The room featured a decent sized fridge and a kettle! toiletries and a towel were supplied, and i found that a pleasant bonus. The provided bed was very comfortable to sleep on. everything looked new and clean.

The bathroom was quite disappointing. there wasn't a proper shower box, a major inconvenience. the mattress felt uncomfortable. The pillows were too soft. we asked for extra pillows, but they only had one available. also, the person at check-in didn't seem very friendly. He seemed in a rush, despite us arriving during check-in hours.
