The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large. Breakfast included a good continental selection. I arranged a cab to the airport with help from staff.

the breakfast offered a good variety. the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about transportation (they were able to provide city guidance).
the shower had poor sealing (causing water to leak). the fan in the apartment seemed more for decoration as the breeze was minimal.

The room SIZED up nicely. It was also SUPER clean. The tram stop outside gives GREAT access to the city. McDonald's across the street provided an EASY late-night snack.

the staff was very friendly. i received helpful travel advice for the city centre. the breakfast provided was nice. the rooms felt quite spacious.
the room lacked air conditioning. this made it very warm, especially during the day. there was no refrigerator in the room. i also noticed black mold on the silicone joints in the shower cabin.
