Convenient location near transport
friendly staff large room good breakfast airport cab
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large. Breakfast included a good continental selection. I arranged a cab to the airport with help from staff.
The room decor seemed a little outdated.

good variety helpful staff shower sealing minimal breeze
the breakfast offered a good variety. the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about transportation (they were able to provide city guidance).
the shower had poor sealing (causing water to leak). the fan in the apartment seemed more for decoration as the breeze was minimal.

SOLID stay NEAR the action!
clean room great access easy snack tram stop
The room SIZED up nicely. It was also SUPER clean. The tram stop outside gives GREAT access to the city. McDonald's across the street provided an EASY late-night snack.
the elevator DOESN'T reach the top floor. Slightly inconvenient.

the tram stop RIGHT outside makes travel easy. This offers excellent transport connections. A McDonald's nearby provides a quick food option. A pizza place is located just beside the building too.

The reception staff IS very efficient. I found them friendly and helpful. I could even send information before arrival. This made check-in EASY and FAST.

The room WAS spacious. It included underfloor heating, which I loved. The bathroom and bedroom were very very comfy and tidy. I found the beds really GOOD.

hot tub limitation shower door sealing
The hot tub was limited to two people. This information was not provided at check-in. the receptionist did not seem concerned about the error. water leaked from the shower door onto the floor and the fan barely worked.
