the location was super convenient. i walked to the subway without any hassle. the staff were friendly and helpful. they even let me drop off my luggage early and leave it after checkout. the breakfast selection had a really good variety. tea and a fridge were available all day.
My room seemed a little run down. The shared bathrooms could use some work too. i saw some rules about bathroom usage. someone definitely used it for a full body shave! i found some dust on the lamps in my room, along with crumbs in a drawer. it looked like sesame seeds or something were left behind.

The location was ideal. I could easily walk to Fenway Park and other destinations. The front desk staff were friendly. They were helpful . Breakfast offered several good options.
The stairs were narrow. The room was the smallest I have stayed in. The TV was mounted very high on the wall. I needed to lay in bed to view it.

i loved the fresh fruit and bagels at breakfast! it was perfect before our drive home. the room was also clean. so great!
the staff was polite! but not particularly warm. i also noticed stern messages about fines for using hair dyes in the room! it was a bit off-putting.
