a beautiful stay
easy accessamazing breakfaststeep street
I really enjoyed how close the hotel was to the tram stop. It made getting around the city super easy. The breakfast was lovely, i thought they had something for everyone to start the day. It was all so perfect and tender!
the steep cobbled street leading to the main area made the walk a little tiring, especially after a long day of exploring though I knew the city needed maintaining. i wish it was even.

The suite included a comfortable bed and ample storage, which i found useful. The room had a good feel and lots of space for luggage and souvenirs.

The staff offered assistance with airport transfers and other needs. They were very helpful. The reception staff spoke good english and helped in every instance i saw, amazing.

Breakfast presented tasty choices and was well-organized. It provided a strong beginning to each day. The hotel has a terrace in the back, lovely for breakfast and a slow start.

the location was good i could easily walk to many places. breakfast included a decent selection of items. i appreciated that the room included a basic kitchen.
the street noise was loud it kept me awake some nights. the bed sheets were scratchy and rough to the touch. the heating system did not work well and was difficult to manage.

the hotel location is convenient near Istiklal street. the staff were helpful. i found the beds comfortable in my room. the wifi connection worked well throughout the premises.
i noticed some wear on the kitchen floor. cabinets and table showed signs of use. the service could have been better. i also experienced a non-functioning ac , and it was not fixed.
