great apartment, ideal location!
spacious kitchen extra space convenient groceries
The apartment had a good size, especially the kitchen. the balcony gave me extra space. i found a carrefour supermarket just across the bridge. It's very convenient for groceries.
the bathroom lighting wasn't very good! and it lacked a happy vibe.

Direct access to marina walk is great. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to jbr. access from level p2 makes reaching the marina promenade easy too. the hotel is also close to the shopping mall.

The receptionist was smiling. I appreciate that she did everything possible to settle us early. the service team seemed polite. They were always ready to help. i liked the personalized attention we received.

a perfect marina escape!
warm smile easy access equipped kitchen
i found the reception staff so kind! they greeted every request with a warm smile. the location is fantastic, with very close proximity to the metro station and the beautiful marina walk. the apartment was lovely, with a fully equipped kitchen, offering views!
the gym equipment felt a bit outdated. the lighting in the bathroom felt dull, difficult to get ready. i also wished the room had a slightly warmer ambiance.

great cleanliness friendly staff
the location was convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the beach. public transport was also close. the staff were polite and friendly (always available to assist with any requests). rooms were maintained each day, so cleanliness was great.
the hotel lacked flexibility on checkout time. i requested a later checkout, but it was not possible. this was despite the hotel not being fully booked (i checked online).

The location was fantastic, right on the Marina Bay promenade. I appreciated the short walk to the beach, it took only 10 minutes! The apartment I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the pool and gym.

I secured an executive two-bedroom apartment. The views of the marina proved amazing. the apartment provided ample room, and i found the beds so comfortable. the cleanliness was spot on. The hotel left four big water bottles daily.
The reception staff wasn't always friendly. i requested to stay in the studio and pay the rate of the one-bedroom apartment. i found no flexibility existed on checkout time. The hotel online showed many apartments available. this felt inconvenient.
