The window in my room did not close correctly , allowing noise from outside to disrupt my sleep. The provided towels were small and thin , and did not adequately dry my skin after showering. I also noticed that the breakfast selection was very limited. It lacked variety and fresh options . The air conditioning was noisy .

The room was clean and very well equipped with necessary amenities! the reception desk operates around the clock, i found this particularly convenient. breakfast included various options like cereal, breads with cheese and ham, tomato, and coffee, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The common areas such as the dining room and kitchen were well kept.

the stairs are the only way to access upper floors, it was a bit straining carrying luggage, it's worth considering when packing.

The staff was helpful. They assisted with directions and local information.

My room had a significant issue, a window did not properly close. This resulted in noise intrusion and a lack of security. Securing the window properly would be an easy fix. I hope it is addressed promptly.
