Some Issues Experienced During My Stay

no air conditioningawkward shower

I encountered a few issues . There was no air conditioning in the room even though the control panel suggested otherwise. The room felt quite warm. The bathroom layout seemed poorly planned. The toilet was too close to the wall. This. The shower head was oddly positioned in the corner , made showering awkward.

The staff helped with train tickets. That was acceptable.

The room lacked air conditioning. I found that quite unpleasant though the room had a control panel that suggested it could be cooled. also, the parking situation was a bit of a joke at 20 euros per night.

I found the breakfast very good, especially for the cost. it had essential items available, like coffee. the check-in and check-out process was simple. The staff are very accomodating to international travelers. housekeeping was efficient. My room got cleaned before i came back from breakfast.

The bed felt a little hard. I prefer softer mattresses, but this is only my preference.

The staff provided useful advice on train tickets. I found it helpful they had someone fluent in English. The beds were comfortable (a good night's sleep is priceless!). Towels were changed daily, a welcome convenience.

I found no complimentary water bottles in the room. There were also no coffee sachets. A small fridge would have been useful.
