the staff was ok. the location was close to public transport.
the air conditioning did not work! i complained, but they said it was due to city regulations. the room became unbearably hot. the noise from the street was really bad too, so i didn't sleep well.

The air conditioning in the room worked well (a huge plus during the summer months). i found the room very clean. They provided good quality soap and body wash. the bed was comfortable. there were decent facilities and decor.
the tv did not have many english channels.

the amenities were clean upon arrival. they were thoroughly cleaned each day. my family of four stayed in a beautiful double room and we enjoyed a fantastic balcony facing northern landscapes (it was so relaxing).

breakfast included a typical italian selection (mostly sweet). there was a variety of croissants and buns with fillings plus cereal and yogurt. various coffees, teas and juices were available to guests.

the reception service was gentle and helpful. the staff were polite and attentive to our needs. check-in and check-out were clear and quick, something that i appreciate.
