Convenient Stay Near Transport
metro station friendly staff immaculate cleanliness efficient checkout
The location was advantageous.. a metro station stood right next to the hotel, as well as the A10 ring road, which simplified using public transport for all our excursions. Staff members proved friendly and accommodating. They were quick to assist and provided all information needed. The cleanliness was immaculate, both in the building and within the rooms themselves. Check-in occurred smoothly, and checking out was even more efficient.
The room did not have windows, so natural light was limited.

helpful service transport links missing window audible noise
the staff at reception provided helpful service i appreciated this. the hotel is next to transport links this was very convenient.
my room lacked a window i found this disappointing. the noise from the automatic door was audible it was disturbing during the night.

Top Spot Near Transportation!
bus stop metro station friendly staff
The hotel is right by public transport. A bus stop sits directly in front! The metro station is also very close. It is very easy getting around the city. I found several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff provided friendly service. They offered a bigger room due to my luggage.

missing drawers unsmart tvs
The staff was friendly and they offered luggage hold. The room size was decent. The shower was very large.
The room lacked essential storage. I found living out of my suitcase inconvenient. There were no drawers or a wardrobe. An iron was missing, also the TVs were not smart TVs. I expected more amenities for the price.

rude manners worst service
The staff was VERY helpful and the room was functional. Even though it is far from the center, the bus stop is right in front.
When I arrived, there was NO ONE at the reception. I rang the bell, still nobody came. After a few more rings and a LONG wait, the receptionist came to us with very rude and unprofessional manners. It was the WORST customer service I ever experienced at a hotel. I do not recommend this place.
