I regret to report a couple of issues . This made transporting luggage quite difficult. the provided coffee was substandard. It lacked the rich flavor I anticipate.

this quaint hotel is fabulous! we were so well taken care of i was like family. our gorgeous room faced out to a newbury street with twinkling lights! newberry street is filled with over a 100 quaint little restaurants and little shops to explore! you can sit in there wonderful front room with a fabulous coffee machine that makes everything you could desire.
i was in one of the larger rooms with bay windows. the bathroom was very small and the toilet was directly in front of the shower. you couldn't get in or out of the shower without bumping into the toilet. the counter space was tiny.

the front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. they gave excellent tips for public transport and restaurant recommendations! they also cleaned the room every day and changed towels, which i really loved!

the lobby area has coffee and tea making facilities, what a treat! there is no gym or pool, it is true, but you are in the heart of everything! it has steps in front, a little inconvenient but manageable.

the room i had was quite small. the shower pressure was low, not great after a long day (it seemed like i was barely getting wet). noise from the street at night made it difficult to sleep well.
