The apartment was very clean and new. It included all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. The location proved convenient with a tram stop just a minute away. Check-in was smooth and easy, even after arriving late.

The mattress was too soft for my liking. It could be more supportive.

fantastic apartment stay!

super clean bedsafe areawonderful staff

i found a new super clean comfy bed after arriving. the area not sketchy at all and quiet, i could really relax. the staff helped me keep my bags and were so wonderful during check-in. the coffee in the cafe was lovely too!

the room felt larger than expected plus it included a complete kitchen. the network connection was super fast providing excellent bandwidth. i really appreciated the television with the comfortable bed that was in the apartment.

a supermarket sits across the road from the building. this provides great access to groceries. there are good transport links from the train station. a tram stop is also conveniently located right outside the accommodation.

the staff were very friendly when i requested a room on the opposite side. it was easy to get to another location since i had concerns about street work. i appreciated their support in making my stay as relaxing as possible.

i appreciated the location with bus and tram access just outside. i could enter easily, even after the reception closed. the fan in the room helped a lot because it was warm. doors opened like a window so i mostly kept the room cool.

the SOFT mattress was really uncomfortable. the smart tv didn't work because it wasn't connected. the shaky wifi made phone calls or streaming IMPOSSIBLE.

the staff were very FRIENDLY and ready to help. i found them attentive and willing to accommodate requests. they ALWAYS had a smile and were always there to.

The apartment had all the listed amenities. the kitchen had all utensils necessary to prepare meals . I really LOVED that. security was also on point, giving me peace of mind.

The bus and tram stops right outside the building made traveling very simple. the s-bahn station is only a short walk away. a supermarket is across the road. This made it easy to get groceries.
