The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable. I found it was good. The hotel is well positioned near restaurants and coffee shops.

The reception staff did not seem very helpful. I got the feeling they did not want to help at all. The nicest guy was the building guard. I had to insist on my reservation including breakfast.

I found the included breakfast buffet to be a definite plus. the variety of food choices was excellent (especially the fresh fruit). the location proved very convenient for exploring the neighborhood. I walked to several restaurants and shops nearby. the staff members were friendly and helpful , a nice welcome.

the shared bathroom sometimes had a bit of a wait during peak hours, but it was manageable.

the location was superb close to miraflores attractions. the staff, especially maricielo and diego, were always helpful. we enjoyed the rotating breakfast options, specifically the fresh fruit like watermelon and dragon fruit each morning. the brt bus stop nearby made trips to the historic center easy.

the wifi verification process felt a little insecure requiring credit card details via a link, it would be nice to be informed during check-in about this potential issue.

The included breakfast buffet was great I loved the variety of options available each morning. The location was indeed very convenient I could easily walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. I found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations for local spots.

I noticed some noise from neighboring partying late at night so bringing earplugs could be beneficial.
