awesome localisation good bathroom friendly service broken lift lack of facilities cold room

the localisation are awesome! i find the room and bathroom very good. the reception were open 24/7 and the service are cute and friendly, what a relief. i could leave my luggage before check in and after check out, so awesome.

the lift not work and i am on the top floor. there are no facilities to hang up clothes. i see no wardrobe, no chest of drawers, not even adequate hooks, dang. even when i turn on the heating, the room stay cold.

central location friendly staff complimentary water quiet room

the location was convenient for exploring. friendly staff accommodated my early arrival and stored my luggage. the room had complimentary water bottles, a coffee machine, and basic toiletries. i was on the fifth floor and the room was quiet.

the room lacked air conditioning, so i had to keep the windows open.

staff were accommodating with luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. they offered assistance with directions and information about the area. their friendly attitude really enhanced the stay experience.

while the hotel did not have its own restaurant, they had a deal with a nearby café. guests could purchase vouchers at reception for a full irish breakfast at a discounted price of 5 euros. i found this very convenient.

super central stay!

great location friendly staff coffee facilities

i found the location amazing, very close to shops. the staff were friendly and helpful, a real plus. my room was quite comfortable and i really enjoyed the tea and coffee facilities. it definitely reminded me of a steal!

i found the room really hot, a bit uncomfortable at times.

My room included clean linen and towels. I thought that was a nice touch. there were coffee and tea facilities. the shower had great water pressure. the bed was comfortable.

central location accommodating staff faulty window broken door

the location was really central, i could walk to almost everything (which was awesome!). the staff were also very accommodating when i needed to leave my bags after checkout.

the window in my room didn't close properly. this let in cold air and made it very noisy until late at night. the main door into the building was also broken, anyone could walk in off the street.
