the location was great for accessing the subway. walkability to many places also worked well, including the t. the staff were also friendly. breakfast tokens were a welcome surprise.
i knew the room would be small! based on the description, it was smaller than i expected. the room contained a large concrete column. a corner window further reduced the floor space.

The location was superb, very close to the Common. The staff was helpful, providing quick service. My room had a nice, clean spacious bathroom (always important!). They also gave me breakfast vouchers to use at the restaurant, which i used every day. Breakfast was simple but so delicious.
The room was very small and there was no dresser. I had nowhere to put my clothes (i like to unpack).

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of many amenities. I could easily walk to the theatres and restaurants. Public transportation options are nearby, facilitating convenient travel around the area.

the room had a clean shower, which i guess is the bare minimum, but still.
I was charged a destination fee of $35 daily and supposedly got a credit to use at the hotel restaurant, that sounds good, right? wrong. the food was overpriced and service was quite slow. I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a simple sandwich. I could have found much better options elsewhere. also, my room was quite loud at night. i wouldn't expect that.

The location was fantastic, close to many sites in the area. i also liked the bar. I went there for a drink or two . the hotel is modern and has a great soundtrack (i really enjoyed it). they provided meal and drink vouchers for both days, and everything i tried tasted delicious.
The shower leaked into the main part of the room after the water had been running for ten minutes. the shower doors would not stay closed. I had to hold them shut while washing myself or they would slam open. water ran across the whole room from the baseboards and leaked throughout the night.

the hotel has an excellent practical location downtown near major attractions. i found the proximity to many sites made exploring convenient. the hotel is also close to public transportation, offering convenient options for going further out.

the rooftop common room offers fine city views and was empty during the daytime (which i really enjoyed). the hotel offers discount coupons at the restaurant and bar, a nice touch. a gym is available .

my room had a spacious bathroom and plenty of hooks. the hotel includes aluminum water bottles as a gift, encouraging guests to avoid using plastic. you can refill these bottles in the gym if needed, which i found useful.

the staff gave upbeat vibes and was very informative about the local scene. they were helpful and friendly (especially during check-in). the bar staff offered excellent service and provided helpful directions for walking around the city.

The vibe was definitely fun and quite friendly. the staff were very accommodating. i especially appreciated jay, who seemed to be always at the desk. she quickly recognized me and promptly helped with my needs.
I noticed that the room lacked a safe. I think every hotel should have one.
