the staff was very kind. the facility was super clean and cozy. i would definitely stay back there if i was in the area again. (i'm already planning my next trip!).
i was disappointed that the hot tub wasn't hot. when i asked the front desk i was told that the maintenance person quit and they didn't know how to fix the problem. really?

I appreciated the variety at breakfast. There was a good selection of items. The indoor pool and hot tub provided super evening relaxation. I found the hallways and the room very clean. A restaurant was within easy walking distance.
The front desk clerk seemed a little agitated during check-in.

The tv remote did not work after multiple tries. the front desk person came to the room to fix it. the toilet was unleveled. When i sat, i was thrown forward. the back of the toilet hit the wall.
