the staff were lovely and the food was good, so it was quite alright. i got a nice welcome when i arrived. fresh towels and bedding were a treat.
the toilet didnt flush properly and this was a problem. the shower was cold, it never got warm. i also felt that my room was too small.

the hotel staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. my room had fresh towels and bedding, which i found very nice. i had a great sea view from my room, and i could easily access the beach and entertainment venues nearby.
the provision of tea in my room was good, but the coffee and milk quantities were a little low.

i noticed a young man at breakfast. he was helpful to an elderly gentleman, assisting him without being obvious. this was very good to see, and i could do with more people like this nowadays.

I was greeted warmly upon arrival. The reception staff were helpful. The hotel's location was great for exploring the area. The proximity to the seafront was convenient.
The housekeeping needs improvement. I noticed shoddy cleaning of surfaces in the bathroom. The restaurant cutlery was aged. I also found some of the tea and coffee pots dirty.
