the staff at reception were friendly. they were polite and helpful . i appreciated the cucumber water available in the lobby, it was a nice touch. the location was convenient, with access to various points of interest.
the air conditioning didn't seem to work effectively. the shower curtain had noticeable stains, off-putting. the bathroom felt quite small.

I found the staff at reception friendly and helpful. They even lent me a portable gadget to weigh my suitcase.. I also liked the cucumber water available in the lobby. It was a nice touch. The room was warm and clean. The location is great with just a short walk to various attractions.
I experienced difficulty with the air conditioning. It impacted my stay negatively.
