the staff was very helpful and kind. it was nice to have a cozy room. the location is good in a quiet neighborhood. it is close to nishiki market. the rooms were very super clean and cozy.

The hotel location is very convenient. Numerous restaurants are nearby and convenient shops are very accessible too. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. I loved the complimentary croissants. It's an additional brownie point.
I experienced slow internet. I think this could be improved. This was a minor inconvenience given all the positives.

the free laundry was appreciated after exploring.
the room felt small for two people and storage space was limited. i also had trouble with the air conditioning unit, it made strange noises throughout the night. it was difficult to get a restful sleep because of this.

The staff offered GREAT assistance and immediate help with any questions i had! A fresh croissant was delivered each morning and i thought it was a NICE touch. The free laundry facilities were convenient, especially after long days.
I experienced some slow internet connectivity , sometimes a challenge for planning my day.
