Excellent Location and Friendly Service
great location walking distance reasonable prices friendly staff
The hotel location was great. It was easy to reach desired destinations via the subway. There were many bars and restaurants within walking distance. I felt safe in the area. A vending machine offered reasonable prices for snacks, as did bottled water at reception.
The climate control was not specific in each room. It was either too hot or too cold. the subway was very close and noisy.

The staff provided good information about the area. They suggested excellent places to eat (i tried one and it was amazing!). The front desk offered lists of cafes, brunch spots, and local restaurants.

The location is excellent. It is within walking distance of many cheap eats. The hotel is also a short walk to the nearest subway station. It is near to two subway stations in Chinatown.

The bathroom included a hairdryer. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were also provided. There were even extras like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and razors. I found plastic plates and cups in the basement.

The staff was helpful when I needed directions. The room included essential amenities such as toiletries , which was convenient.
The air conditioning was too cold and not adjustable. There was no closet, only hangers.

Really good Stay, Clean, Quiet, and Convenient!
glazed windows friendly staff clean room
I found the room clean and quiet, a HUGE plus. The windows are heavily glazed, and I could not hear the train at all, even though our room faced the Manhattan Bridge. The staff were very friendly and explained everything to me. I really recommend this place.
The room was very small. I understand that space is limited, but it was noticeably compact.

The front desk reception was kind and helpful, always available to offer excellent suggestions on local places to visit and eat. They even helped us secure car service in the pouring rain, very much appreciated. I felt very welcome.

The bathroom included nice amenities such as toothbrushes, razors, combs, and bath products, and their scent was wonderful. A fan built into the ceiling light operated with a remote and was effective. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel offers quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, a very nice touch, especially in a noisy city. There is easy access to both lower and upper Manhattan lines, because the subway is a short walk away. A fridge and microwave are available.

i appreciated the hotel's location. it was near multiple subway stations. this provided easy access to various parts of the city. the staff supplied a list of nearby restaurant recommendations. i found this helpful for exploring local dining.
the room i stayed in was rather small, limiting space for luggage and movement.

helpful staff quiet hours clean room luggage storage
the front desk staff was helpful with directions. i could store my luggage both before and after check-in. the quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am was a plus (i really needed that!). my room was pretty clean.
the air conditioning system seemed to be centrally controlled, so i couldn't adjust it in my room and it felt a bit too cold.
