The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good (i liked the coffee!).
The room got very hot at night. I could not have the window open because of the traffic noise. There was only a floor fan and it created a draft at night. I expected more, to be honest.

the location was convenient. i walked to major sites with ease! the food options nearby were diverse. breakfast was fresh with ample choice and i valued the lovely terrace. the staff were sweet to us. we really appreciated their kindness.
the building did not have ac. it got quite hot.

I found the staff VERY helpful. The room was clean daily, which I appreciated greatly. The location is convenient, with clear and concise information provided. I liked that it was close to everything for exploring the city.
